This class offers complete and balanced nourishment to the stable connective tissues and the dynamic muscular tissues of the body. The class will begin with a few yin postures to warm up the ligaments and joints, followed by a flow sequence inspired by hatha and ashtanga yoga. The blend of these practices support strength and flexibility enhancing chi flow throughout the entire body creating a sense of relaxed calm & equanimous energy. This class is acceptable for all levels of experience.
