Yin Yoga

“Yin Yoga” is a receptive style of practice where slow, long held passive postures are intelligently applied, with both compression and pulling, in service of bringing balance and wellbeing to the connective tissues of the body. The postures will be done on the ground and the result is greater range of motion with amplified access and acceptance of our truest hearts desire.
