“Beginners Ashtanga Yoga Guided Class" includes Sun Salutations, Standing Poses and Finishing Poses.
This class is open to all levels and is a highly therapeutic practice focusing on the 3 elements of practice: Breathing with energetic locks, gazing, and firmness to the posture. Great for beginners and experienced practitioners.
